it makes it stay always on top. I was thinking more about bringing the<br>
window to the front when a breakpoint is hit but you can still send it to<br>
the background if you want by clicking on another window. Powermenu makes it<br>
like a modal window. I should have said "bring to top" instead of "stay on<br>
top".<br>
