The default "IDE Options" dialog is too small to fit all the main<br>

it´s caused by the GTK Theme that you´re using. The default Clearlooks has big
controls (in comparison to Win32) and because this (and other some other
factors) i´m downloading other theme on gnome-look. But, obviously that´s not a
solution, it´s just a workaround for my environment...</span></p>
