I feel that WinCE is rapidly declining. <br>

While I was intrigued when the .NET virtual machine (in fact the
correct therm here is CIL rather then .NET) came up I feel that CIL
now has been nearly killed by Java, even though nowadays there is
decent Linux and Mac support for CIL and I still think that
technically CIL is more advantageous. <br>
