<p>Regarding Windows Mobile: you Dan use Lazarus for the old Windows CE based variants (excluding Windows Phone 7) which includes up to Windows Mobile 6.5. For Windows Phone 8 and 8.1 as well as Windows 10 Mobile additional work for the compiler is required which is not foreseeable right now.</p>
