    I opened today options of Coolbar of ide (using rt-click on

    toolbar's grip lines),<br>

    and cannot select 2nd toolbar (1st toolbar is selected always with

    carrot BG color, cant select 2nd).<br>

    And cant configure it.<br>

    It is bug?<br>

    Ubuntu 14.04 gtk2<br>
