    protocol. <br>

    I think that TLS v1 is deprecated and now your SMTP mailserver

    requires a newer version of TLS. <br>

    May be your SMTP mailserver / <span style="white-space: pre-wrap">Windows Server 2016 has been updated recently ?</span>
