[Qt] Qt tray icon

Felipe,

I did a "cvs update" but the Magnifier code doesn't appear to have changed since the last time I tried to compile (which didn't complete on Darwin), so I didn't try to compile again. Is there new Magnifier code that uses the Qt tray icon?

The new 1.27 qt4.pas does compile fine now on OS X with Lazarus, as does the 1.27 interface library. Thanks, Den.

Thanks.

Hi Philip,

Can you test now the magnifier with latest lazarus? I did a basic
trayicon implementation for Qt

By the way, in doing so I noticed that QSystemTrayIcon from Qt is
extremely limited and is not enougth to implement a very large portion
of TTrayIcon .... in the future a Cocoa implementation will be
necessary. So far we were talking about Carbon, but the reality is
that Carbon doesn't provide any way to interract with the menu extras.
Cocoa API is the one that does.

thanks,
