[Qt] Qt tray icon

Ok, done.

I implemented a large portion of tray icon with qt now. You will need
to update both lazarus and the magnifier.

Only the Icon is missing, but a blank area should appear, and be
enougth for it to be usable. Or at least it appears on my KDE.

I am experiencing a wierd bug on the icon part of the code. If I
comment some code without any relation at all to the Icon, the icon
works .... very wierd bug.
