[Qt] Den's question about 2 Qt functions

Den,

QPixMap_toMacGCImageRef and QPixmap_fromMacCGImageRef:

Both functions are in QtGui, but I think it's CGImageRef that the compiler doesn't understand. Where is CGImageRef defined?
