[Qt] Framework for Mac-x86-Qt4

Hi,

I created a framework for my use of the Qt bindings. Maybe they could
be added on the website as a Library Binary (x86 Mac only).

What would be a good format for that release? Just put the
Qt4Intf.framework in a Zip file?
