[Qt] Dialogs patch

Hello,  Items specific to the Qt widget set.

I've started dialogs rework, but cannot finish it due to urgent deals. I 
will not be available for 3 days.

If someone wish he can apply that patch, but other dialogs must be 
rewritten too.

One bad thing is that file dialogs are no more native to os (they are 
native to qt ofcource), but there is no way except this to make them 
more controllable from LCL.
