[Qt] Qt contest

Hello,

I've recently found that there is a Qt contest, and I will be adding
Lazarus-Qt there in the NewComer category. I don't have high hopes for
prises, but at least we will get feedback and get Lazarus more known.

So, would you (Paul, Zeljan Rikalo and Den Jean) like to have your
names added to the project? There is a very small chance of receiving
awards.

Also, maybe Den Jean could add the bindings as a separate entry. I
think that the bindings have a higher chance of getting prises,
because it priorises qt technology, while Lazarus priorises FPC
technologies.
