[Qt] Fixed 64bit

Would it be possible to include a library binary for the 64 bit compilation on the Qt4 binding web page? That would be a great help.

V1.65: 29 Sep 2008: Fixed 64bit compilation, 
QSysInfo_windowsVersion,QPrinterInfo_supportedPaperSizes

I removed the QetDesktopPalette code in windowsflags (to cleanup the demo),
It is still available upon request.

This release is mainly to fix 64bit compilation (reported by Treeve).
