[Qt] Qt contest

Oh, it's important to note that the instructions should explain
someone who knows nothing about Lazarus or Free Pascal how to
correctly build Lazarus running with Qt. They don't want to receive
binaries, so we need to explain how to download and install Free
Pascal, fpc-source, Qt4FPC and then build Lazarus for Qt

I have sent an e-mail asking for which platforms we should explain. I
think it will probably be linux and windows and maybe mac.
