[Qt] webkit in Windows and mac

I've used it on Windows as well. You seem to think of Lazarus the wrong way;
Lazarus is cross-platform, meaning it works for Windows, Mac and Linux.

As such, code written to be compiled on Lazarus, most of the time, works for
other platforms as well.
