I provide a Free Pascal binding to Qt and therefore Qt WebKit.
Qt works on Windows and Mac too, but of course Qt needs to be installed. 

I am not aware of a general Lazarus Webkit wrapper, 
you might ask that on the Lazarus ML.

So if you plan to use the Qt Webkit binding, you will need
to make direct calls to Qt, something not as nice as using
a Lazarus LCL Webkit wrapper could be.
