[Qt] Release of V2.1

Hi,

V2.1 of the Free Pascal Qt Binding is released.

This versions adds 
 * some extra Qt Network classes (QTcpServer,QSocketNotifier,QUdpSocket)
 * adds direct support for QPointF via a binary compatible Pascal record type.
 * adds the function QtVersion, that returns the Qt Version of the dynamically used library.
