[Qt] Qt 4.6 Obsolete Classes

The signature of the classes and methods that cover the
basic core functionality (what you need for LCL) of Qt 4.5 and Qt 4.6 
is the same, no QFileDialog_filters problem anymore.
So support for Qt 4.5 and 4.6 at the same time should not
cause extra work (just do not use in LCL things not in 4.5). 

The advantages of 4.6 are of course WebKit improvements 
and Touchscreen support.
