This is what I did understand and followed.

The situation did not change.

An empty form dopes work (including showing it's header text)

But when I place any visual component (I tested TLabel, TStaticText, 
TButton, TBitButto, TPanel, TSplitter) I get multiple range errors, 
staring with one in "tinterp".
