[Customdrawn] Some patches for dialogs and palette

Well, it's you who lead the dance, and know what lazdialogs was intended 
for. I just jumped on a running bandwagon!

Any reason to keep Custom Drawn components code in /lcl directory?
If there's no reason, I could take care of moving them in the 
/components/customdrawn directory, and make them part of the Custom 
Drawn package.
