[lazarus] Copyright issues

Hello,

I think we must be a little bit more careful:

I noticed that there are Delphi code blocks in the Lazarus
code (more specific in commctrl).
This is NOT allowed by the Delphi license, and we cannot
distribute such code !! the risk of a law suit is too big..

It is my opinion that the maximum that we can do is to copy
the interface declaration of an object, to make an empty code
template, which we then fill in.

It it possible to pay attention to this, or at least mess with the
code so that it is no longer recognizable as Delphi code ?
