[lazarus] Resizing issue

Shane is the notebook control added to the form using the AddControl method.
If so the table attached to the form should automatically resize with the
form. Any components attached to coords to that table should resize with the
table?

If I add a control to a form (a memo added to a notebook control which is on
a form) when the user resizes the form, how are the child widgets supposed
to find out about the resize?

If I resize the form, the pagecontrol and the tab contents don't resize.
