[lazarus] Lazarus CVS update

Let's see what we could agree and what not. I want to advance a little
more in my code (maybe a couple of weeks :-m) and take a closer look
to yours.
Then we'll have more arguments to decide. 

Anyway, we can share gtk experiences and tricks and, since I have no
hurry, I can devote some weeks to Lazarus even if we disagree and
decide not to make the one and only lib, because of course I'm
interested in having an IDE ASAP.
