[lazarus] Aaargh

That's easy (the second one, not the first one).  I got the same error.

When you unzip the makefile, the EOL characters aren't being converted correctly.  I believe the command is
unzip -a file.zip
but I'm not quite sure.  Someone else knows for sure (Peter).

Try the -a and see if that works.
