[lazarus] Form designer

I'm just off home, I'll pack it off tomorrow, or look for an earler version
(little difference) FEDIT on the delphi super page.  There are a few
unimportant units missing there (NewTabSet is basically an owner draw list
box so you can replace it directly. Other missing units aren't needed).
