The RxTools have an imagelist for Delphi 1 very similar to the Delphi 4
native image list.

A lot of what we are doing can be taken (as far as I can tell) from the free
section of the Delphi Super Page and then slightly adapted for LCL.

So... why not nick the RxTools TImageList?
