[lazarus] Visible result & Latest changes

gtkfixed don't get a focus event.  However, you could put it on a GTKeventbox and then I believe it would.  Also, it does NOT receive a size event.  What is MWEDIT consist of in windowsa?  Are they simply drawing on a canvas or using something else?  I don't remember....been very busy.

Hopefully I will be able to assist again soon.  Been so busy I haven't been able to do anything lately.....

Finally, the editor showed one line (YES).
There are still some problems, mayby somebody can look after that.

Currently the editor is made from a GTKFixed and I don't know if the
following has to do something with it

* It receives no focus
* it receives no size events
? does queueed redraw work (on a repaint event) ?


Changes:
  Added (GDI)Pen
  Changed (GDI)Brush
  Changed (GDI)Font (color)
  Changed Canvas to use/create pen/brush/font
  Hacked mwedit to allow setting the number of chars (till it get a
WM/LM_SIZE event)
  The editor shows a line !
