[lazarus] New screenshot

Greetings,

Marc gave me a new screenshot for the web pages. This shows some of the
progress that is being made. He also reports that it should have color
soon as well.

I want to get some more screen shots showing the various working
components in the LCL but wanted everyone to see this. We are indeed
getting there.   :-)
