[lazarus] Permissions on files

+ can someone change the permissions on the winapi.inc,
+ winapih.inc, interfacebase.inc, gtkwinapi.inc and
+ gtkwinapih.inc files?  They are set to executable for ROOT.

Wooops... do I feel some similarity whith the executable flags I saw
yesterday after the transfer of my sources ???

Maybe I was (somehow ??) responsible for this. Can someone tell me if this
was caused due to a checkin or something else.
