[lazarus] broken link on site...

this is probably not the right place to let you know, but i found myself 
having the time to actually start looking at this project to see if i can 
help or not and was unable to download all the files because of broken links.

on http://www.miraclec.com/lazarus/how.html#WIN32 in the GTK download section

found
http://user.sgic.fi/~tml/gimp/win32/glib-dev-19990828.zip reports file not 
found

in the CVS section
http://download.cyclic.com/pub/cvs-1.10/windows/cvs-1.10-win.zip  can't 
find this host.... this may not be a link problem, but rather my host.

so that all being said, i am certain that someone can point me in a better 
direction.
