Actually they are one in the same. The prefered way to access it is via
www.lazarus.freepascal.org but they both point to the exact same place.

Thanks for find that info Jeff. Make the changes to your copy of the
HowTo but I can just manually make thos changes you don't need to send
me new copy.  :-)
