[lazarus] message directive parsing fixed

Yep, that was what it was. I hade anothe compiler and rtl directory.
compiles now. I will test the procedure message parsing soon.

Are you sure you use the latest compiler and rtl when compiling lazarus?
Becuase int64 code is now in the compiler, that's were the qword comes from.
