[lazarus] Got lazarus to build

FINALLY!!

Turns out I had a bum gtk library installed.
Or several of them, in several different places, this was the problem.
Ok, so it builds with no errors, from the latest CVS source.
Now I just have to figure out what it does, and how it does it, then I may
be able to help in writing it.

I'm reasonably happy anyway
