Well, I guess there would be two ways to go at it.  One would be to just
package the needed files together as one distribution.  The other would be
to install everything and then make something to install it all in place.  

Personally, I would lean somewhat towards the former, as I wouldn't want
installing this to break any other installs.  For instance, the CVSROOT
environment variable may already be in use, as in for win32 GIMP.  If this
is a problem, then maybe another batch file to preserve any present value,
then restore it later would be useful.

Either way, it will be a big download ;^)
