[lazarus] batch file for cvs

Hello:

Great work on the setup files and how to!

Someone mentioned being careful with an auto-configured cvs setup because
it could effect existing setups.  Might I suggest a batch file which would
set the cvsroot and home variables, then execute the cvs command (and even
optionally return the variables to their original state).  In other words,
type:

	fpccvs lazarus gtk [etc]

and fpccvs.bat would set the variables and do the download.

I do it myself but my batch file skills are pretty weak (please don't
laugh, I'm just a delphi programmer figuring out shell scripts, etc as we
speak!).
