[lazarus] RTFparser in FCL.

Hello,

I have commited the RTF parser I developed for a commercial project in
Delphi to the FCL. It required no changes in code except some nested 
comments :)

There is an example program that dumps a RTF file as plain text to 
stdout. It should work with most simple RTF documents (one is provided.)

I used the parser to develop a RTFPanel under Delphi. If needed I can send
the TRTFPanel code so a RTF displaying widget could be made. It should not
be hard to adapt it so it works with GTK, the calls are really simple.

Among my plans is to make a RTF->HTML translator with it, that shouldn't be 
too hard.

Cliff or Shane, maybe you can use it for the Demo app that Shane was asking
about...
