I cleaned up at least the beginning part of gtkint.pp. I place a comment
output procedure to trace each of the events when they fire and the
caption that was associated with the TObject that the event is for.

This hasn't found the problem for me yet but we need to start cleaning
things up and maybe that will help locate the problem. I'll try and do
some more later tonight.
