No, the problem is that in /etc/ppc386.cfg the unit path is only pointing 
to the 0.99.12 files. You need to add to /etc/ppc386.cfg:

-Fu/opt/fpc/rtl/linux
-Fu/opt/fpc/fcl/linux
-Fu/opt/fpc/gtk
-Fu/opt/fpc/api
-Fu/opt/fpc/fv
