I guess the appended overlay and the loading routines for a exefile and 
relocation fixing will cause the alert. Another thing the virus scanner can 
bug on is UPX, the compressor used.

Just to say all you guys here on the list, i don't have a virus, i also 
used NAV and tbav for scanning. So all the fpc files don't have a virus 
because i packed them myself.
