[lazarus] Components Task List

I have made a first pass at a components task list page.  It is located at:

http://www.cdc.net/~daworm/lazarus/components.html

It is all info collected from recent entries from the mailing list.  I have
pobably erroneously attributed a lot to Shane, as he provided status on
many of the items, but didn't indicate if they were what he is working on.
I also guessed a lot about which ones Cliff is working on.  I haven't
assigned any to myself, either, although I may take a shot at TPanel.  

Anyway, please take a look at it and let me know what is wrong/missing/etc.
 Once it is in good shape, we can link it to the main pages, or just move
the source over.  It's easier to maintain where it is, though.  I doubt
anyone browsing to it would notice the server change ;^)
