At this point Cliff is maintaining the current web pages. You can mail
them directly to him or if the files are large for email you can place
them in

ftp://ftp.miraclec.com/lazarus

and then just notify Cliff that they are there. However, the doc
shouldn't be that big that you can't just email it.
