[lazarus] How ?

Hi,

i've downloaded lazarus.zip, and now how can i get this thing work ?
I've tried :

1. make 

and that gave me

Makefile:47: *** missing separator.  Stop. 


2. ppc386 lazarus.pp

and that gave me
