for windows xml you can just use msxml control probably not worth the client
server edition.
 
If you wan't a orb you can use a linux free one instead of the overpriced
windows ones..

It seems Professional now  includes WebBroker, formerly a Client/server
feature or a US$ 200,00 add to Professional 4.0, 
Client/Server now also includes XML support.
