I believe it was the compiler, because that version of make put a space
between the -T and the win32.

The appear on the screen, but ppc386 complains about whatever is on the end
of the line. As in the line ends with hello_world.pp and ppc386 says it
can't find the file h or in lazarus, it ends with lazarus.pp but ppc386
says it can't find lazarus.p and so on...
I have a fix ftom Payne that should hit the list soon, but I found out for
some reason -that- doesn't work to make the FCL. The workaround is trivial
though.
