I've tried the known code in kcl/src/kcl_gtk/gpaintbox.inc
TPaintBox_Expose
When you change the comment blocks accordingly, the whole editor widget
doesn't work any more... I can send you a current snapshot if you want,
as I don't know if you can see this behaviour with the last snapshot.
(but it should do so)
