[lazarus] TTimer & TProgressbar coming soon

Hi,

just a little pre-announcement in case any one else wanted to start 
with these components.

Currently the timer is in alpha stage and I'll start with the 
progressbar tomorrow.

The components should become ready in about a week and I'll send 
them to Shane or Cliff.
