[lazarus] Can't cycle new compiler

Interesting. I wonder if my cvs isn't updating correctly or something. It did
update some files in the rtl directory today when I did cvs update. But the
compiler built just fine. So now I am wondering what is wrong with my system
that it isn't updating things the right way. I thought I was keeping my compiler
updated, but now I think it was just fooling me all along and isn't updating
everything the right way. How can I find out if the cvs update worked correctly?
