[lazarus] Latest Source Zip just uploaded

We need to kick that to a .1 because that is what I posted to the web. We
can start at .1 and work from there.

Actually, the lazarus version should be 0.0.9 and SHOULD display colored
text when you open a file.

The time of the LCL\CVS directory (in the ZIP-file) is 07/26/99 22:35

BTW : if I run lazarus, I see the menu, but if I open a file I just see
an empty window.  
Is that normal ? ( It certainly doesn't look like the IDE screenshots
on the website)
