[lazarus] Daily code snapshot

Hello,

Like all other CVS repositories on tflily, lazarus is now checked-out on a
daily basis, and put into a zip file.

This means that from now on, every day at 01:00 GMT+1, the file
 
  ftp://tflily.fys.kuleuven.ac.be/pub/fpc/source/lazarus.zip

is updated. It will contains the contents of the lazarus CVS archive 
of that day.

Cliff/Shane/whoever, maybe you can put a direct link from the lazarus
site to that URL. Better yet, have it downloaded and mirrored every day
automagically.
