Not a very good idea. First of all it is based on a QTL license and second
of all it is written in
C++ in all probability.
Our IDE is also written in pascal.

I've been lurking on your mailing list for about a week now... I'm a
Delphi developer with not much time to spend yet, but would like to

According to this press release, Moonshine is supposed to be a development
environment that is modular and language independant. Language support is
supposed to be done with plug-in modules. It said that redneck software is
releasing it as an open source project, so this might be what you guys are
looking for.
